The essentials are supposedly set in place. The partners involved are left to sit and wait as the Nuggets appear to be making a last minute request that would strengthen the deal that will ship Carmelo Anthony out of town. According to Ken Berger of CBS Sports, the Nuggets are looking to include the Trail Blazers into the deal somehow extracting Nicolas Batum from Portland and are also looking for a side deal that will move Al Harrington out of town.
