Joe Johnson out of All-Star Game

Joe Johnson is having a renaissance season as he and the Hawks fight their way to the top of the Eastern Conference standings. Johnson, however has an injury now that will keep him out of the All-Star game and needs to be replaced. As reported by Chris Vivlamore, Johnson has been replaced by Celtics Point Guard Rajon Rondo.
